Kingston Break-fest 16 Mile Run 2026 - SUNDAY 7th March 2027

OUR NEXT KINGSTON RACE IS KINGSTON HALF MARATHON, 4TH OCTOBER.

The Kingston Breakfest 20mile Run returns on Sunday 7^th March 2027 offering distances of 8 miles, 16 miles & 20 miles. The traditional Kingston 16 mile loop is a 2 lap course.

The date is ideal for those runners preparing for a 2027 spring marathon…

4 weeks before Brighton Marathon

6 weeks before Manchester Marathon

7 weeks before London Marathon

The start and finish are both within Kingston’s famous historic ancient Market Place providing an exciting start and an atmospheric finish, with plenty of stalls offering a variety of foods, and many local restaurants and pubs for those looking for more leisurely post race relaxation. Organised by River Thames Running, you can be sure of a professional setup with plenty of friendly and experienced marshals to guide you safely around the course.

Race numbers for this event are for collection only. They can be collected before the event from 26th February from two shops, or on race morning from 6.45am at the REGISTRATION tents at Kingston Market Place.

Important: Race number collection from our sports shops ends at 3pm on Saturday 6th March. If you miss this, you must collect your number on race morning.

Marshals:

The entire course will be fully marshalled. Marshals are volunteers so please say thanks to these amazing people!

Sweep Marshals:

There is a race cut off of 4hrs 30mins for the 16.0 mile which is 17.0 mins a mile pace. The reason for this is we need to open up Kingston Market place. There will be sweep marshal going with the walkers at the back but we will have to relieve marshals at this pace. We will leave no one behind.

Water Station Locations:

Water stations will be on the course at 3.5miles, 8miles & 11.5miles.

Refunds / Deferrals:

Race entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE and NON-DEFERABLE. We do not permit a change of race number. A full refund will only be offered within 14 days of payment. After this there will be NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS TO NEXT YEAR OR TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER RUNNER.

Toilets on the course will be at 1m, 3.5m, 8.5m & 11m.
