About The Run are an independent running shop in the heart of Kingston upon Thames.
They organise 2 free social runs a week on a Tuesday and a Sunday.
Every Tuesday at 7pm we host a free 5km social run club. We meet at 6:45pm and do a 5km loop starting and finishing at the store. No sign up needed just turn up, all paces welcome!
ATR Sunday Long Run will be happening alongside our usual weekly Tuesday 5K social run.
Runners start as one group but there’ll be two different distances to help you build towards either a half or full marathon in 2026.
