Flexi Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Transfer of Race Credit
- This flexi ticket allows you to transfer your race credit to another River Thames Running Event up to 12 months after the date of the original event.
- This ticket does not give you rights to a refund, only a race transfer.
- This transfer must be made up to 48 hours prior to the start time of the original event.
- Transfers requested within 48 hours of the event will not be accepted, and the original entry will be forfeited.
2. One-Time Transfer Limit
- The Flexible Ticket permits a one-time transfer only.
- Once the transfer has been completed, no further changes, credits, or deferrals are permitted under this Flexible Ticket.
3. Eligibility and Use
- The race credit may only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another individual.
- The new event must be of equal or lesser value. If the chosen event is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- The transfer can only be applied to an available event (that has not sold out), and is within 12 months of your originally purchased race.
- The race credit can only be transferred to an event that has not sold out.
- The Flexible Ticket upgrade fee (£5) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. How to Request a Transfer
- To initiate a transfer, please email us 48 hours prior to the race start time via our Contact Us page stating your name, the race you entered and preferred new event.
